This minimizes the storage of discarded electrical and electronic equipment and keeps your workspace neat and organized.
Do you also take in copy machines?
Yes, W3E also takes in copy machines. We understand that copy machines are an important part of many offices and that they are often large and difficult to move. Our specialists provide safe and efficient disposal of these machines so you can concentrate on your core business.
Are you helping us collect old equipment?
We do not do this by default, but it is possible. However, we do ask that you collect everything in one place on the first floor that we can access with our e-waste wheelie bin or pallet truck. Whether it's computers, servers, printers or other ICT equipment, we make sure that all your electronic waste and broken devices are collected and disposed of neatly and safely. This saves you time and effort and ensures a seamless transition to new equipment.
What is the cost of your pickup service?
To complement our services, we also offer an inexpensive ICT pick-up and delivery service. We charge a contribution of €75 per disposal. Good news; this contribution is reduced if the disposed equipment has a residual value. These financial details can be found transparently in the extensive report you receive from us. This extra service ensures convenience and efficiency in the process of ICT processing.
Should someone be present when you come to pick up old hardware?
Yes, please. In fact, this may be helpful to gain access to the equipment and answer any questions on your part. In addition, official documents (called a letter of accompaniment) must be signed off when we come to pick up the equipment. This official guidance letter will state, among other things, that you are relinquishing the equipment.

How do I know if my old equipment still has value?
At W3E, we offer a free valuation for your old equipment. All you have to do is fill out an inventory list and we'll do the rest. Our experts will analyze your equipment and determine the current market value. That way, you'll know exactly what your old hardware is still worth and you can decide whether you want to have it bought up.
How long will it take to receive a valuation?
We aim to provide a complete valuation of your equipment. This gives you quick clarity about the value of your e-waste and helps you make informed decisions about disposing of your electronics waste.
Will I get a list of buyout prices for my old equipment?
After the valuation you will receive a statement from us with the overall price of the returned equipment.
When will I receive the money for my old hardware?
When we receive approval from you, a transport order is entered with an official escort letter. After we take receipt of your returned equipment, it is weighed on arrival, recorded, reported, and we check the condition of the equipment and whether it can be reused. This includes checking that the equipment is not locked (otherwise we cannot wipe any data present). For this we need 20 days of processing time. After this processing time, you will receive an email with a final report and overall price, after which you may invoice us. We will then transfer the amount to you within the payment period on your invoice.
Do you have an inventory list?
Yes, we provide you with a inventory list that you can fill out. This list helps us make an accurate valuation and ensures that you receive a fair and market-based offer for your e-waste.

Will I receive proof after data destruction?
Yes, after data destruction, you will receive a certificate of destruction from us. This certificate serves as proof that your data has been securely destroyed in accordance with laws and regulations. This is important for your internal documentation and any audits.
