SDG 12: Responsible consumption and production.<\/h2>\nWe strive to minimize the use of new raw materials by using refurbished equipment, among other things, and are committed to processing what we can no longer use into reusable raw materials as best we can. At W3E, we strongly believe in minimizing waste and maximizing the lifespan of products. By promoting environmentally friendly recycling processes and active reuse, we not only reduce our impact on the planet, but also contribute to the development of a more sustainable society. Our circular IT solutions are therefore fully focused on this. SDG 13: Climate action<\/h2>\nW3E is undertaking several initiatives to combat climate change. As part of responsible consumption and production, W3E will move to a new, carbon-neutral location in early 2025. This initiative is an important step in our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and combat global warming. Among other things, the new building will be completely gas-free and equipped with underfloor heating and LED lighting with motion sensors. There will also be parking spaces with electric charging stations. W3E is actively committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by implementing a range of sustainable and social initiatives. Daylight is used in the office, which contributes to a more natural working environment and reduces energy consumption. When additional lighting is needed, LED lighting is used, which is energy efficient and has a long lifespan. In addition, our office lighting is equipped with motion sensors to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.

Our fleet consists entirely of electric cars, thus contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and improving air quality. We also use refurbished ICT equipment, which extends the life of electronic devices and reduces electronic waste. Waste is carefully separated to encourage recycling and reuse.

To minimize paper consumption, quotes and invoices are sent digitally. The use of automated systems also significantly reduces printing, which contributes to our paper-saving efforts. Furthermore, we offer our employees the opportunity to work from home, which not only contributes to a better work-life balance, but also reduces the number of commutes and thus reduces the carbon footprint.
